Poor quality all around Not only did it take three times as long as the website promised, tracking was difficult. The duvet cover and shams were off in color from the website (you do take your chances matching color on line,) but unusable. The queen duvet cover was undersized, would barely fit a double bed. Fabric quality was mediocre at best. It will be going to Goodwill, wasted money, lesson learned. Too many other good vendors out there. (I bought a replacement from Pushplinen, I was very impressed with their quality and the speed of fulfillment and shipping.)

Scam company, total scam!!!!! I ordered some bedding and when I got it, it was unbelievable! The pattern was not even close to the picture on their website. When I contacted Cozzyhomes the told me that it was delivered and if I had any other questions to contact their customer service dept.!!!! I'm out a lot of money and I'm going to look everywhere to give them a bad review.

Awful Company Awful Company. Ordered GRUNGE OLD LEATHER curtains. "ELIMINATE 100% LIGHT - Great for daytime sleepers, children's rooms, and nurseries." Not even close to eliminating 100% of light. Refused to refund my money unless I sent them back to Hong Kong. Despite sending picture, they refused to acknowledge their curtains didn't work. Filed claim with PayPal and they offered only $32.37 USD refund on ORDER OF $112.77 USD "IMPORTANT: 100% Satisfaction guaranteed: Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We are confident you will love our products, but if you are not 100% satisfied, our customer service team will work with you to make it right!" Not true from my perspective

If I could give this company a 0 I… If I could give this company a 0 I would. I paid extra for express shipment for the blanket to arrive November 18 and The date is November 19 and I haven’t even received a tracking number for the blanket. Every time I email them about getting tracking number I get a response about how the shipping policy takes 17 days even after paying extra to get the blanket on said date . Even at this current moment I still haven’t received any tracking information. When I purchased a blanket with express shipping the website stated it would arrive November 18 . This company is a complete scam and completely unprofessional.

Scam Scam. Beware!! Never received my order. This is the response I got after asking them for a tracking number. Doesn’t even make sense. Expensive lesson. Wish I had looked for these reviews first. Now I suspect why PayPal alerted me to someone trying to access my account shortly after I ordered from them. Hi We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused you . The error was caused by delivery due to their system crash. This led to your order being late. We have contacted delivery to press them, we understand thoroughly about your concern about the item . Hopefully you are sympathetic about this delay Thank you
