GBOrdered a bedspread Ordered a bedspread - have not received order- correspondence is terrible most is computer generated. One message said DHL has order will receive tracking within 48 hrs 3weeks later no tracking. Never again! Contacted PP to dispute charges. Be aware!!!!

GBI got exactly what I ordered and my… I got exactly what I ordered and my daughter loves it. Cozzyhomes updated me during the wait time between ordering and receiving the set. I would say it was a very positive experience!

GBAwful Company Awful Company. Ordered GRUNGE OLD LEATHER curtains. "ELIMINATE 100% LIGHT - Great for daytime sleepers, children's rooms, and nurseries." Not even close to eliminating 100% of light. Refused to refund my money unless I sent them back to Hong Kong. Despite sending picture, they refused to acknowledge their curtains didn't work. Filed claim with PayPal and they offered only $32.37 USD refund on ORDER OF $112.77 USD "IMPORTANT: 100% Satisfaction guaranteed: Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We are confident you will love our products, but if you are not 100% satisfied, our customer service team will work with you to make it right!" Not true from my perspective

CAI got a duvet cover set I got a duvet cover set. I was very unhappy with the length of time it took to ship the order out and their terribly designed website so I asked for a refund. The service was so bad that they proceeded to ship the item out for delivery the next day, without responding to my request for refund. But when I got the product after waiting a couple of months I was actually happy because its really nice. The print is great, it’s comfortable and the quality seems reasonable. But I did notice a major difference in the actual design and the image on their website. I think cozzyhomes has a lot of improving to do before Id order here again but I still appreciate the product I received.

GBThe Stickiest Spam just for Browsing their Site I put an item in my cart and some of my information (name and email) automatically filled when I clicked in the contact information boxes. However, I did not order the product and closed off the page. I immediately began receiving multiple emails each day from Cozzyhomes about returning to their site and shopping with them. I've never been spammed before from browsing a site. I have "unsubscribed" and still received two emails this afternoon. In this day and age I was concerned that their products do not include any customer reviews (at least the ones I was looking at). This confirms my strange feeling about the company
