UGLY! UGLY!! We ordered - Basketball Shape Pattern YW2201582CL Quilt Bed Set. In the picture it looks like a teal blue. When we received the product the chevron pattern has the teal blue we were expecting but the rest of what matches that color in the photo is an emerald or forest green. It does not at all match the blue. Their customer service department was not at all helpful. Do not order from this company.

Whomever Whomever, says this business is legit is lying. There is only one employee who responds to you and their name is Alexander. There is no phone number for this company so you have to wait for the one employee Alexander to respond, thats a joke. I have yet to receive what I have order and when I email ALEXANDER, I get the run around. Please find another company to order from. I am just warning you. Sincerely, Regret

Horrible Customer Service Horrible Customer Service, providing shipping labels, tracking numbers. Still haven’t received my item as it was a Christmas present for my granddaughter. This company is not legit This company is not legit. Received curtains, described as blackout thermal curtains. By far not blackout or thermal. Tried to return, this is the response I received from customer service. "We're sorry to hear that you didn't like it but at this point, we are forced to leave some of our reception workers off for a period as the recent Corona outbreak has reached a critical level. Regards, so we are sorry that we cannot accept the customer to return the product to avoid losing the goods: (I hope you will understand". This is unacceptable for a legitimate company. Very sketchy business. BEWARE! This was over $350 this company took me for. Sad some companies can not be trusted.

I got a duvet cover set I got a duvet cover set. I was very unhappy with the length of time it took to ship the order out and their terribly designed website so I asked for a refund. The service was so bad that they proceeded to ship the item out for delivery the next day, without responding to my request for refund. But when I got the product after waiting a couple of months I was actually happy because its really nice. The print is great, it’s comfortable and the quality seems reasonable. But I did notice a major difference in the actual design and the image on their website. I think cozzyhomes has a lot of improving to do before Id order here again but I still appreciate the product I received.
