There is no phone number for this company so you have to wait for the one employee Alexander to respond, thats a joke. I paid extra for express shipment for the blanket to arrive November 18 and The date is November 19 and I haven’t even received a tracking number for the blanket. Every time I email them about getting tracking number I get a response about how the shipping policy takes 17 days even after paying extra to get the blanket on said date . Even at this current moment I still haven’t received any tracking information. When I purchased a blanket with express shipping the website stated it would arrive November 18 . This company is a complete scam and completely unprofessional.
