GBTerrible experience. Don't waste your money. Terrible experience. It took nearly a month for my queen bedding set to arrive. When i opened it, the dimensions were more like a full size and there was only one pillow sham. After sending them 8 pictures including a measuring tape to document the dimensions, they said I received the correct item and needed even more pictures to address the missing pillow sham. Ridiculous. I'm out $80.

GBIf I could give this company a 0 Iβ¦ If I could give this company a 0 I would. I paid extra for express shipment for the blanket to arrive November 18 and The date is November 19 and I havenβt even received a tracking number for the blanket. Every time I email them about getting tracking number I get a response about how the shipping policy takes 17 days even after paying extra to get the blanket on said date . Even at this current moment I still havenβt received any tracking information. When I purchased a blanket with express shipping the website stated it would arrive November 18 . This company is a complete scam and completely unprofessional.

GBCredit card line item reads LIXGIFTCOM CO Rating is regarding how the merchant does their payment transactions and not the item I purchased: My experience has more to do with the way they process payment. The post on my credit card will be LIXGIFTCO CO merchant and the line item will say PAYPAL. 1. The order was not recorded under my paypal account when logged in. 2. it took paypal 45 min and a return call to find enough information regarding this merchant so that I may determine if this was a valid purchase. 3. My credit card had nothing more than paypal's number when investigating the purchase. I wasted over an hour trying to determine if the purchase was valid. This should be easier than they make it. If the company wants to look fraudulent then it's doing a darn good job of it. I haven't received my item yet but I will return when I do to at the very least qualify the quality. Jeannie

GBScam company, total scam!!!!! I ordered some bedding and when I got it, it was unbelievable! The pattern was not even close to the picture on their website. When I contacted Cozzyhomes the told me that it was delivered and if I had any other questions to contact their customer service dept.!!!! I'm out a lot of money and I'm going to look everywhere to give them a bad review.
