Ordered a bedspread Ordered a bedspread - have not received order- correspondence is terrible most is computer generated. One message said DHL has order will receive tracking within 48 hrs 3weeks later no tracking. Never again! Contacted PP to dispute charges. Be aware!!!!

I paid extra for express shipment for the blanket to arrive November 18 and The date is November 19 and I haven’t even received a tracking number for the blanket. Every time I email them about getting tracking number I get a response about how the shipping policy takes 17 days even after paying extra to get the blanket on said date . Even at this current moment I still haven’t received any tracking information. When I purchased a blanket with express shipping the website stated it would arrive November 18 . This company is a complete scam and completely unprofessional.

Scam Scam. Beware!! Never received my order. This is the response I got after asking them for a tracking number. Doesn’t even make sense. Expensive lesson. Wish I had looked for these reviews first. STAY AWAY I keep getting the same "Alexander" who will not refund my money. I have been waiting for this order and the tracking doesn't give any information besides a label was created. It has been at this status for weeks. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter so I am pissed that I bought from a scam company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! How can a company only have one employee? Total BULL!
