This company is not legit This company is not legit. Received curtains, described as blackout thermal curtains. By far not blackout or thermal. Tried to return, this is the response I received from customer service. "We're sorry to hear that you didn't like it but at this point, we are forced to leave some of our reception workers off for a period as the recent Corona outbreak has reached a critical level. Regards, so we are sorry that we cannot accept the customer to return the product to avoid losing the goods: (I hope you will understand". This is unacceptable for a legitimate company. Very sketchy business. BEWARE! This was over $350 this company took me for. Sad some companies can not be trusted.

SCAM This is a fraud company! Their website says sakfifths was a dummy account of sacs fifth avenue and stupid me for realizing it after i placed an order online for 3 swatch (omega) watches worth almost $600!! i just realized ive been duped because the company that shows on the card after the payment was processed was LIXI/ COZZYHOMES instead of sacs fifth avenue or swatch so I contacted the bank immediately and cancelled the transaction! I got full refund a few days ago thank goodness otherwise these scam of a company could have gotten away with my hardearned money. SO PLEASE BE WARY guys. i should have done my homework first!

ZERO STARS! ZERO STARS!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM COZZY!! Ordered beautiful king size comforter w/pillow shams. Finally received order and it was no where near the beauty of display pic, looked NOTHING like the pic. As others have said, cheap material - two pieces of crappy fabric sewn together with zipper at bottom and NO filling. Cozzy offered 15% refund ($12 on $80 purchase) and a 20% discount on next order. The Stickiest Spam just for Browsing their Site I put an item in my cart and some of my information (name and email) automatically filled when I clicked in the contact information boxes. However, I did not order the product and closed off the page. I immediately began receiving multiple emails each day from Cozzyhomes about returning to their site and shopping with them. I've never been spammed before from browsing a site. I have "unsubscribed" and still received two emails this afternoon. In this day and age I was concerned that their products do not include any customer reviews (at least the ones I was looking at). This confirms my strange feeling about the company

I got a duvet cover set I got a duvet cover set. I was very unhappy with the length of time it took to ship the order out and their terribly designed website so I asked for a refund. The service was so bad that they proceeded to ship the item out for delivery the next day, without responding to my request for refund. But when I got the product after waiting a couple of months I was actually happy because its really nice. The print is great, it’s comfortable and the quality seems reasonable. But I did notice a major difference in the actual design and the image on their website. I think cozzyhomes has a lot of improving to do before Id order here again but I still appreciate the product I received.
