I got a duvet cover set I got a duvet cover set. I was very unhappy with the length of time it took to ship the order out and their terribly designed website so I asked for a refund. The service was so bad that they proceeded to ship the item out for delivery the next day, without responding to my request for refund. But when I got the product after waiting a couple of months I was actually happy because its really nice. The print is great, it’s comfortable and the quality seems reasonable. But I did notice a major difference in the actual design and the image on their website. I think cozzyhomes has a lot of improving to do before Id order here again but I still appreciate the product I received.

Scam Scam. Beware!! Never received my order. This is the response I got after asking them for a tracking number. Doesn’t even make sense. Expensive lesson. Wish I had looked for these reviews first. Now I suspect why PayPal alerted me to someone trying to access my account shortly after I ordered from them. Hi We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused you . Poor quality all around Not only did it take three times as long as the website promised, tracking was difficult. The duvet cover and shams were off in color from the website (you do take your chances matching color on line,) but unusable. The queen duvet cover was undersized, would barely fit a double bed. Fabric quality was mediocre at best. It will be going to Goodwill, wasted money, lesson learned. Too many other good vendors out there. (I bought a replacement from Pushplinen, I was very impressed with their quality and the speed of fulfillment and shipping.)

Awful Company Awful Company. Ordered GRUNGE OLD LEATHER curtains. "ELIMINATE 100% LIGHT - Great for daytime sleepers, children's rooms, and nurseries." Not even close to eliminating 100% of light. Refused to refund my money unless I sent them back to Hong Kong. Despite sending picture, they refused to acknowledge their curtains didn't work. Filed claim with PayPal and they offered only $32.37 USD refund on ORDER OF $112.77 USD "IMPORTANT: 100% Satisfaction guaranteed: Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We are confident you will love our products, but if you are not 100% satisfied, our customer service team will work with you to make it right!" Not true from my perspective

Avoid Them Make a repost to the website address written on my username for quick Recovery just as I did .
