GBI'll give it a stars at the moment My… I'll give it a stars at the moment My unit would be here sometime today a week after it's been ordered a email regarding shipping and order progress would have been nice I had to go into my account settings and track it they do have a decent selection online I decided upon a distinctions brand hopefully it is as good as my previous Midea which I seem to can't find anywhere took a Chance on on this and I'll let you know on an update

GBSales rep was terrific Sales rep was terrific. Delivery service bad. I was called and told delivering would be next day, tues 7am to 11am. The next day, no call, no show. I called and they don't know what happened, ok we will be out tomorrow. Showed up within the time frame but driver drove all over my lawn because it appeared he had never driven a truck before. Not good.
