Fantastic service, everything looks great & works better than I could have imagined, my water pressure is miles better than before & my flat is finally warm and cosy. GBThey ripped my money and went into thin… They ripped my money and went into thin air. This is a bogus company pvt LTD system. Phone, emails and physical addresses, all are dead but their bosses enjoy holidays and new business. I tracked their details from companies house. Every company has hidden or sister companies and transfer funds or buy (pretending) and then get bust with no reserves. I appealed to ombudsmen but nothing, I lost £2000 and promised 10 years of annual boiler installation as care/repair service. Surprising, I am not alone. Hence I decided to STOP using branded national/international but local businesses. Available on time, every time. Think service, go local and save money is my slogan for peace of mind. Shame that UK nationwide company was sold and busted and revived their illicit business with a new name, new face but ripping goes on.

GBIt is rare to find a company or workmen so helpful. It is rare to find a company or workmen that go that extra mile these days! New Boiler and new hot water, I can't tell you how pleased I was. Clean and efficient install by the mots politest of men. My bathroom was a bit messy as was currently under re-vamp but they even helped me fix some extra bits out of courtesy. Its good to know that customer service and genuine helpful people are still out there. Thank you Impragas!

GBThe Installation man Ross did a good job! The price was good for us. The installation man -Ross did a fantastic job! Three days for the entire central heating system, Ross arrived on time and tidying up as he goes. We are very grateful for Ross’s professionalism and dedication. The lockdown announced from day 1 evening, but it didn’t affect Ross’s working attitude. We were very sorry that Ross’s accommodation decided to close, so Ross has to looking for somewhere else at 10pm! He still arrived and finished all the work on time. The down side of this company is that when we found out our main pipe was good enough for the installation, but they won’t willing to refund us from their quote. After a serious explanation and discussion they were only will to refund £50! We will update on their service department when the time comes.
