Fake reviews Fake i truely belive the high ratings reviews your seeing on here are posted by National floors direct empolyees or the company We had a very bad experince with this company. Should you dought what i'm saying go on line to BBB see all the complaints. They flaged my post on here. Thanks to Trustpilot they checked in to my post and said I was fine with what I said

Great customer service National Floors made this whole process of getting new carpet smooth and pain free. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. It only took a week for them to come out after the sale was final . The installers were in and out in less than 3 hours . We will definitely be using them the next time we need flooring .I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

Best floor ever The experience was simply extraordinary, since the first time we talked about our floors it was just amazing and now that we have installed the new floor it looks so beautiful. The high quality materials are out of this world. The installers were so professional. We are so satisfied with our product and with National Floors direct. I would definitely do my floors again a hundred more times with National Floors Direct!

Satisfied Returning Customer As a returning customer, again i am please with the service from National Floors Direct. This is my second time using them. Their availabilty to come over with their samples was within days of my initial call. The quality of the carpet i purchase is great and being acknowledged as a previous customer means a lot. i'll be sure to use them again in the near future for my last room that might need a make over soon. “I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review”

This is our second installation by NFD… This is our second installation by NFD & I can’t say enough about how well the installers were. Neat, clean, fast, knowledgeable, & very courteous. I am now having a third installation done on my bedrooms. Pricing is reasonable as well. Highly recommend.
