Pierre was our salesman and was helpful setting us up with the write product. The install team didn't speak English very well but they did one heck of a job. We are thrilled. From the meeting with Mark the sales… From the meeting with Mark the sales rep, to the installation by Walter & Marcellus, everything went great! Mark was very helpful with our flooring needs. Walter & Marcellus went to work right away, and didn’t stop until the job was completed. They cleaned up thoroughly and were very respectful of our home. Terrific Experience! I had a terrific experience with the whole National Floors Direct installation process. One, because the rep was on time within the time window I was given. Second, the installation went smoothly. Three, the floor is gorgeous! And lastly, they cleaned up and there was not one hiccup in the process. That is what I like!
