They stole my merchandise!!! I bought 3 pieces of fashion jewelry, but got only 2 of them. Shipping time took about 3 weeks, which is away too long for shipping price 60$. Package was very poor quality.

Not only did I order two pairs of what… Not only did I order two pairs of what was suppose to be PRADA shoes, but they sent the wrong items, the shoes were used and they are not getting back to me with the return information as to where I should send back the shoes. They are a nightmare. So upset and disappointed with this company

On a whim I checked the Tribeca Fashion… On a whim I checked the Tribeca Fashion website and saw a pair of Brunello Cucinelli shoes in my size. I called Joseph at Tribeca who was extremely helpful. He arranged priority one day shipping for a small fee, three day delivery is free. The shoes arrived today, new and in their original box. They exceeded my expectations. If anything had been wrong I had a paid return shipping label for a 100% refund. This is an excellent source for brand names which I will use again.
