Given the complexity of the issue, she provided thoughtful, genuine concern, provided accurate timelines and explanations of next steps, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I particularly appreciated that she didn't promise the world right away and asked for details about the issue. Along with such a positive experience, It made me feel like the company cares deeply about their customers and craftsmanship, while also being a good steward of their resources. Incredible quality The workmanship and quality of materials gone into the bag is fantastic. The Real Leather Company clearly put a lot of pride, love, and thought into their products. And you’re not paying silly money so some trendy company can pay celebrities to endorse their inferior products - you’re paying a very fair price for a product that will essentially last a lifetime. Beautiful Bag & Perfect Gift I bought the Coffee Tasca bag as a birthday gift for my boyfriend, and he absolutely loved it! It's such a beautiful color and the perfect size for everyday use since it's not too small or too big. He was tired of carrying everything in his pockets, so it was the perfect gift for him. He especially loved that the zipper opens at the top for easy access. We love it! :)
