GBI love the look at the bag however I love the look at the bag however, the customer service that supports this company is absolutely horrible. They’re very slow to respond when they did give me a response because I have a broken buckle. They said that I was out of warranty when I’ve only use the bag once on a trip to Europe and I have two broken buckles that they said I could buy for $15 each but yet still have not heard back from anybody buyer. Beware cool product horrible service I would stay away.

GBStellar and Thoughtful Customer Service I had a small issue with the bag that I ordered and when I inquired about a repair or replacement, Liz provided stellar customer service. Given the complexity of the issue, she provided thoughtful, genuine concern, provided accurate timelines and explanations of next steps, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I particularly appreciated that she didn't promise the world right away and asked for details about the issue. Along with such a positive experience, It made me feel like the company cares deeply about their customers and craftsmanship, while also being a good steward of their resources. My experience made me incredibly glad that I made my purchase and I am happy to tell others about my great experience.

GBIncredible quality The workmanship and quality of materials gone into the bag is fantastic. The Real Leather Company clearly put a lot of pride, love, and thought into their products. And you’re not paying silly money so some trendy company can pay celebrities to endorse their inferior products - you’re paying a very fair price for a product that will essentially last a lifetime. Highly HIGHLY recommend.

GBBroke in a month, didn’t quite look as advertised but that’s honestly fair because of how leather is So it definitely didn’t look as advertised, it was extremely delayed getting here, and while walking down the street, one of the buckles broke! Then, as I was googling a cobbler or other skilled local who could help fix my bag which I loved so dearly, the second buckle broke! Not caught on anything, just flat broke off. The staples which connect the loop to the buckles just bent out of place. They both broke in the exact same way. Honestly, I’d love a replacement or a fix, because as painful as this experience was, the bag was beautiful, and I could tell the intent was to make something of value, it just didn’t work out because of(I think) one poor design decision. I respect the artistry, and while my review on the website wasn’t as kindly worded, the fact of the matter still stands, it broke almost immediately, less than a month of use (it was only gifted to me when I visited for christmas, which occurred around new years, and I only got around to transferring my stuff over two or three weeks after). By the way, I know this review is late, I’m a busy person, so I didn’t think to leave one until recently. Thanks for your time.
