Are you joking? Are you joking? I placed my order almost two weeks ago and never even received confirmation, despite the money being taken promptly from my account. They don't respond to emails, their phone number is non-functioning, and their website isn't even up any more (all pages on the site lead to an error code). This is ridiculous. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal and my bank. Do not trust this company.

Awesome Belt - Quick Delivery My 1.5 inch wide "hot dipped" belt arrived on Friday, three days before it was expected. The belt is excellent quality and is easily 1/8 inch thicker than my other normal wear belts; additionally, the belt buckle is far more substantial than many work belt buckles I've used over the years. When I bought this belt I had intended to replace the buckle with one that I already owned. However, after seeing the quality of the entire belt and buckle I will continue to use the one that came with the belt. I highly recommend Orion Leather Company to anyone in search of a quality work, western or casual belt.

Nice stuff, quick-ish shipping My only complaint (which is the real caveat) is that the return policy is relatively strict, which also includes charges. Which I wouldn't have a problem with, but after a pleasing experience with a black belt, I thought I'd get a brown version. After getting the "dark brown" version, it's nearly identical to the black. Even under a bright color corrected light, black and dark brown are extremely close, and difficult to distinguish. Now, this would be fine with a better return policy, but it's probably easier to just not deal with them again.

It's all in the details.... Plan to exchange item for duplicate product. Product was defective, not acceptable for sale as far as I am concerned. I am giving this company one more chance to make things right. Besides this problem, shopping and shipping experience was fine.
