GBGreat products, terrible return policy Return policy isn't very consumer friendly with original shipping charges not being refunded, 10% restocking fee, AND you have to pay for your own return shipping. One belt basically costs 40% of the cost to return.... Also, the photos on the products on their website may not be an exact match.

GBStraight up company Although I returned an item, I'm giving them a 4 because they operate as a righteous company, i.e., they do what's expected of them. My account was credited ONE DAY after receiving my returned item. They even refunded shipping! I'm astounded with their service.

GBI do have about a dozen belts I do have about a dozen belts. None of them compared with my recent purchase from Orion: solid, strong, and stable in adhering to my waist. I wish I had known about the company years ago. I bought two at a time and I do plan to buy a few more for friends by Christmas. Service was fast, friendly, and personable.
