USNice stuff, quick-ish shipping My only complaint (which is the real caveat) is that the return policy is relatively strict, which also includes charges. Which I wouldn't have a problem with, but after a pleasing experience with a black belt, I thought I'd get a brown version. After getting the "dark brown" version, it's nearly identical to the black. Even under a bright color corrected light, black and dark brown are extremely close, and difficult to distinguish. Now, this would be fine with a better return policy, but it's probably easier to just not deal with them again.

USStraight up company Although I returned an item, I'm giving them a 4 because they operate as a righteous company, i.e., they do what's expected of them. My account was credited ONE DAY after receiving my returned item. They even refunded shipping! I'm astounded with their service.

USAwesome Belt - Quick Delivery My 1.5 inch wide "hot dipped" belt arrived on Friday, three days before it was expected. The belt is excellent quality and is easily 1/8 inch thicker than my other normal wear belts; additionally, the belt buckle is far more substantial than many work belt buckles I've used over the years. When I bought this belt I had intended to replace the buckle with one that I already owned. However, after seeing the quality of the entire belt and buckle I will continue to use the one that came with the belt. I highly recommend Orion Leather Company to anyone in search of a quality work, western or casual belt.

USQuality product exceeded my expectations Order arrived promptly, quality was excellent and the belt will clearly last me a long time. Only feedback is to add a prominent sizing guide to the website. I ordered my size and it fits but thought it would pass the buckle a bit more; recommend ordering one size (inch or two) up. Bottom line: better belt than I've bought anywhere; moreso considering the very reasonable price. Bravo Orion!

USIt's all in the details.... Plan to exchange item for duplicate product. Product was defective, not acceptable for sale as far as I am concerned. I am giving this company one more chance to make things right. Besides this problem, shopping and shipping experience was fine.
