Great Product, but no response to color inquiry I am very happy with the quality of the product I ordered: American Made 1 1/2" Medium Brown Oil Tanned Latigo Leather Belt, Size: 38. The belt color was very dark when I received it -- almost black, but clearly a very dark brown when viewed outside in the sunlight. I sent an inquiry with photos, but never receive a response. I was too busy to worry about it, but a response would have been helpful because I held off on purchasing another belt from Orion. I think I'll try another belt -- it's been a year now. I'll let you know how it goes.

Nice stuff, quick-ish shipping My only complaint (which is the real caveat) is that the return policy is relatively strict, which also includes charges. Which I wouldn't have a problem with, but after a pleasing experience with a black belt, I thought I'd get a brown version. After getting the "dark brown" version, it's nearly identical to the black. Even under a bright color corrected light, black and dark brown are extremely close, and difficult to distinguish. Now, this would be fine with a better return policy, but it's probably easier to just not deal with them again.

The tooling, color of stain and strong stainless steel buckle is far superior to the prissy imported junk in the stores. This belt will last a lifetime, buy a brown and a black. I also bought my son one and he loves it. I wish your company and dedicated American employees the very best, keep up the great work!

Straight up company Although I returned an item, I'm giving them a 4 because they operate as a righteous company, i.e., they do what's expected of them. My account was credited ONE DAY after receiving my returned item. They even refunded shipping! I'm astounded with their service.
