GBNice stuff, quick-ish shipping My only complaint (which is the real caveat) is that the return policy is relatively strict, which also includes charges. Which I wouldn't have a problem with, but after a pleasing experience with a black belt, I thought I'd get a brown version. After getting the "dark brown" version, it's nearly identical to the black. Even under a bright color corrected light, black and dark brown are extremely close, and difficult to distinguish. Now, this would be fine with a better return policy, but it's probably easier to just not deal with them again.

GBTwo dress belts fine for casual wear, but not for dress Purchased two: 1 1/4" Men's black Latigo Leather Dress Belt and 1" Walnut Re-Tanned Leather Dress Belt, 3-piece buckle set old nickel. The rivets are oversized and the doubled up belts at the buckle end are quite thick. The hardware belt retainers and prongs are lose - something I've never seen in a well-made belt. When the belt is buckled the hardware is stable. I wouldn't consider either belt suitable for business dress, but they're fine for casual wear.

GBStraight up company Although I returned an item, I'm giving them a 4 because they operate as a righteous company, i.e., they do what's expected of them. My account was credited ONE DAY after receiving my returned item. They even refunded shipping! I'm astounded with their service.

GBThird time as a customer Superior leather (quality and thickness), fast shipping, excellent packaging, made in USA. Top right corner of product page has link to sizing instructions. With a 34" waist, I wear a 36" belt. Belt fits as expected, with or without a holster.

GBNo communication Ordered two items that stated they usually ship in 1 to 2 business days. It has been 12 business days and the only response from Orion Leather has been this survey request. Have sent multiple e-mails with no response. Have called multiple times, at different times, during their normal business hours only to get a recording. Unable to leave a voice message as their message box is full. Under "My Account" on their website the order is still showing as processing. Unable to cancel order on the website as it states the order has already shipped or has reached the final stages of processing.
