Superb quality I took a chance on USA Jackets, looking for something specific, and I am glad I did. I initially assumed what I ordered would be little more than an upgraded Halloween jacket. I was shocked when my order arrived and it was a full leather jacket, with nice stitching, and attention to detail. Without a doubt I will order a 2nd jacket from USA Jackets, and as my tastes change, I will undoubtedly order more.

Marty McFly Vest My daughter got the Back to the Future Marty McFly Puffer Vest. The quality is excellent, very nicely made. Shipping was fast and the item was packaged well. Customer service was very responsive and helpful We found the ladies sizing to run very small, my daughter is tiny and ended up with a Women's Large so it may help to double check sizing before placing an order. But overall my daughter is thrilled with the jacket.

AVOID BUYING ANYTHING AT ALL COSTS I wish I would never made that purchase.. On the 7th of January I've placed an order for a vest and received a receipt. To this day I have exchanged various emails and in a nutshell, one "Lisa Amber" keeps coming up with different excuses and saying the item is still being processed. Almost 20 days later! They stopped responding and will not refund my money. Also in many places like Facebook and Instagram they try to pass as an American business while they're not. If you visit their website in the "contact us" section you will find that they are in Dorset UK as their telephone number. All their listed items have deliberately their prices in US Dollars for misleading purposes. Stay away and keep your money!

Super Helpful!!! I ordered the wrong size by mistake and they were super helpful in getting me the correct one quickly! I ordered the Party Poison Jacket and it was great quality and I am excited to be able to wear it once I receive the smaller size :) I would 100% recommend and I am going to look great at the concert I am wearing it to! I placed an order for the unbrella… I placed an order for the unbrella academy klaus shearling coat. I mistakenly ordered style1 when I wanted style2. The coat is well made & will be perfect for Chicago winters. However, I did order the wrong size(due to my covid weight gain, my measurements were off) anyway, customer service was quickly responsive & I was easily able to exchange for my size & correct style...thankyou
