Excellent customer service, would recommend Ordered The Boys Billy Butcher coat. Order was delivered withing week, though unfortunately the coat was slightly tighter in underarm area then expected.. Wrote about this to the store hoping to be able to at least exchange for larger size. reply from customer service came following day, offering either partial refund, or lower price on second item, BOTH offers with me keeping the original item. Great personal experience, probably gonna buy something more from here.

It looks good, feels good and it functions beautifully as a bulwark against the cold. I might even go so far to say that it instills a level of confidence when one puts it on. Not to mention the very reasonable prices. Service was fast and efficient, my order arrived much sooner than expected. Any inquiries were met with helpful replies. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Beware of their return policy I ordered a jacket on Nov 25th for Christmas. When I gave it to my husband on Christmas the jacket just did not fit. I tried to find on their website what the return policy was but could not find it so I emailed them. The email I received stated that they have a 30 day return exchange policy - no exceptions. Needless to say I was very unhappy and now I have a $100 jacket that my husband can’t wear. Will not buy from them again.
