Elder Mason's Battlecoat Bought the Elder Mason's Battlecoat recently. I am very pleased with the quality of the product. It looks good, feels good and it functions beautifully as a bulwark against the cold. I might even go so far to say that it instills a level of confidence when one puts it on. Not to mention the very reasonable prices. Service was fast and efficient, my order arrived much sooner than expected. Any inquiries were met with helpful replies. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Have been waiting for weeks & no delivery Have been waiting for weeks, proactively asked what was going on, and they were unable to deliver the jacket, telling I didn't want to pay the taxes?? Waste of time

Excellent customer service, would recommend Ordered The Boys Billy Butcher coat. Order was delivered withing week, though unfortunately the coat was slightly tighter in underarm area then expected.. Wrote about this to the store hoping to be able to at least exchange for larger size. reply from customer service came following day, offering either partial refund, or lower price on second item, BOTH offers with me keeping the original item. Great personal experience, probably gonna buy something more from here.

Lainey Wilson New Years Eve Coat… I ordered the Lainey Wilson coat she wore at the New Years Eve Nashville bash. They duplicated the coat exactly what she wore. I am a size medium and ordered a medium. Fits perfectly, looks exactly like the coat well made and lined. The description was spot on. Very happy with this purchase. Customer service was great as they would reply promptly to my questions.
