Excellent customer service, would recommend Ordered The Boys Billy Butcher coat. Order was delivered withing week, though unfortunately the coat was slightly tighter in underarm area then expected.. Wrote about this to the store hoping to be able to at least exchange for larger size. reply from customer service came following day, offering either partial refund, or lower price on second item, BOTH offers with me keeping the original item. Great personal experience, probably gonna buy something more from here.

I was surprised at the value of the items and decided to purchase the Goku Drip Puffer Jacket. Faulty return/exchange policy Return/exchange policy is NOT really a return or exchange policy! Even within a 7-day window. Easy Returns is not accurate. It was not easy and it involves you coming out of more money. Even for an exchange. Buyer beware. Needed to make exchange for another size but Gave me 10 bucks refund and 10 bucks credit for a 80 dollar purchase. Better have your sizing perfect if you can which will be difficult with an online retailer.
