Wrote about this to the store hoping to be able to at least exchange for larger size. reply from customer service came following day, offering either partial refund, or lower price on second item, BOTH offers with me keeping the original item. Great personal experience, probably gonna buy something more from here.

I had order david's jacket from… I had order david's jacket from cyberpunk 2077 and when it got here i was in awe of the amount of detail and functionality it had. It looked like it was straight out of the game and felt like it could stand up to regular wear. Definitely great quality.plus if you get the version with lights all of the wiring is nice and secure and doesn't feel like it'll break or get lost in the jacket .The only problems i had with the jacket is that i went with a medium instead of a small initially.

Lainey Wilson New Years Eve Coat… I ordered the Lainey Wilson coat she wore at the New Years Eve Nashville bash. They duplicated the coat exactly what she wore. I am a size medium and ordered a medium. Fits perfectly, looks exactly like the coat well made and lined. The description was spot on. Very happy with this purchase. Customer service was great as they would reply promptly to my questions.

Faulty return/exchange policy Return/exchange policy is NOT really a return or exchange policy! Even within a 7-day window. Easy Returns is not accurate. It was not easy and it involves you coming out of more money. Even for an exchange. Buyer beware. Needed to make exchange for another size but Gave me 10 bucks refund and 10 bucks credit for a 80 dollar purchase. Better have your sizing perfect if you can which will be difficult with an online retailer.
