Check the shipping I have bought several bags from Hobo ad have always been very satisfied with all my orders. The quality is great and they are lovely. But I just bought a little add on in one of the zodiac signs for a gift and almost canceled the ordered because of the shipping price. The item was only $30.00, it was on sale, but the shipping was over $16.00 and it is a very small item. I thought this was ridiculous, I was considering ordering another one but not after I seen what the shipping was, no way. I have never had to pay such a ridiculous shipping price at HOBO for such a very small item or even a large one.

I received a Colter crossbody handbag… I received a Colter crossbody handbag and wallet for Xmas. The bag appeared poorly made. I contacted them January 3rd by phone and gave sent several emails with no response. I asked for a store credit. NO RESPONSE. Usually items are of excellent quality. This was not. Today called again after no replies to several previous emails(last yesterday). I've rarely, if ever, left a negative review, but this customer service experience or lack there of is unacceptable.

Poor customer service. Bought a Sheila bag. Had it for three months and the zipper broke and the stitching coming out. Had to pay to ship it back and they decided to credit my account instead of sending a new one. They didn't have the same color but also didn't offer to send a different color. If I buy a new one, they will no longer honor the 30% off that I had originally received. So now they want me to pay over $100 more. Sorry, to me that is not taking care of your customers.
