GBI purchased a Hobo wristlet in a… I purchased a Hobo wristlet in a boutique in Sebastopol, CA. After one month of use, the wristlet. After only one month of use, the strap broke. Hobo will not send me a replacement until I send them the broken one, but they also will not cover shipping costs. This seems like really bad customer service in an era where most companies are making it as simple as possible to return defective items.

GBWithholds 3 star ratings I have bought several bags and wallets from this company. I liked most of my purchases. My issue with the company is that I was able to see all of my 5 star ratings, but all of my less than entirely complimentary ratings were withheld.

GBI received a Colter crossbody handbag… I received a Colter crossbody handbag and wallet for Xmas. The bag appeared poorly made. I contacted them January 3rd by phone and gave sent several emails with no response. I asked for a store credit. NO RESPONSE. Usually items are of excellent quality. This was not. Today called again after no replies to several previous emails(last yesterday). I've rarely, if ever, left a negative review, but this customer service experience or lack there of is unacceptable.

GBWonderful product--well worth the investment! I have four hobo bags and two hobo wallets and I love them all! The leather is beautiful and of high quality. I love the embellishments and the decorative interior. I also like supporting a small, family-owned business.
