GBGreat Quality The wallet was great quality! But... my husband, whom I gifted it to, complained that it was too large and after a month of use (trying to get used it) bought himself a different wallet. Now we are stuck with an expensive wallet that we don't use.

GBWhat a Customer Nightmare and I live 40 Miles from Company! Purchased a belt on line and I live 40 Miles from their operation. Took three weeks for belt to be delivered and then they mailed the wrong size. Took another two Plus weeks to get a Return Authorization. They received the return in two days and that was two and a half weeks ago. Called Customer Service and inquired on my belt exchange and was told it was in process. That was 10 Days ago and still no belt. To say they have problems is an understatement and as far as Customer Service - What a waste of energy as they do not get any results other than make excuses for the company. I just left a message for a refund rather than an exchange. Wonder how long that will take? Suggestion - Shop somewhere else!

GBCoin purse was defective and the… Coin purse was defective and the leather cracked serverly keeping it from functioning properly, I would have been happy with 50% off a replacement. They only offered me 10%. Can get more than that by just signing up on their website. Did not handle a customer that has bought a lot of items from them very well.

GBI can't get their attention I suppose this is a review of their customer service, not their product. I signed up for their emails and received a one-use 10% discount code. I had filled in the code for my purchase and had chosen free shipping. I decided to upgrade my shipping, pressed the Back button and the code disappeared, along with my ability to apply it on later attempts. This could have been easily remedied after I contacted them about the problem, but after several attempts they have never responded, let alone sent a replacement new-customer code. I am discouraged and thinking that if I were to make a purchase and had a problem with it, they would be equally unresponsive.

GBGreat Products / Underwhelming Customer Service The products are 5-Star. Sadly, customer service is not. In January 2019, wrote a letter asking if a product would be located. To date (May 2019), I have not received a response. Also, I had to return a product and it took a month for the refund to be credited to my credit card. I had a Bosca wallet for 20 years which I loved. It was stolen and I tried to replace it. Customer service was disappointing. I now carry a Coach wallet.
