GBWould NOT recommend! The wallet began to fray after about two weeks. I called no less than 5 times and sent no less than 6 emails with pictures. NO RESPONSE! All I wanted was an exchange not my money. I would not recommend their wallet or their support to anyone who asked.

GBDisappointing Return Process I returned a briefcase and purchased another one which I monogrammed, and though I sent the original one back unharmed, they claimed there was a scratch on it and would not accept it. I never even took the original briefcase out of the dust bag and packing box. Now I am out 2 briefcases and am extremely disappointed in the customer service at Bosca. They would not do anything to help. I have been a lifelong Bosca accessories customer but that ends here.

GBLeather quality... Hi! 1st of all, I've had 1 of your leather wallets for years!!! Have always thought the leather was superb! OK, the last one I ordered the leather is soo tight & stiff, that I honestly can't even get the cards out of the sleeve! So, what has occurred w/your leather quality over the years?
