GBFunny that you would ask me to do a… Funny that you would ask me to do a review for a product I ordered a month ago but still haven't received. I also got no notifucation from the company that the product was delayed. Only after I called did anyone call me back to explain that it's on a slow boat from China. It wqas also interesting to get email from NewLighting with a USED Lighting web address/return email address. I haven't received my order yet but I'm sure not impressed so far. And oh yeah, they debited my account for the order immediately after receiving the order instead of the much more common business practice of debiting my account once it has shipped.

GBAll I could ask for and more than I expect I've had the pleasure of working with NewLighting.com on a few occassions. Many required one on one assistance by phone at some point. Each person was helpful, pleasant and did exactly what they said they'd do when they said they'd do it, sometimes sooner. They had what I needed when I needed it and at the price I needed. Not much more I can ask for and more than I expect these days.

GBAwesome customer service! They have some of the best customer service and you know exactly what you're getting. I've bought a few things from new and used lighting (both websites they own) and it's fantastic. If I could afford it I would buy loads more from them.
