Both rugs I received were gorgeous, but one was an obvious winner in my space. Kilim’s customer service was wonderful about returning the other. I smile every time I walk past the fuschia rug I kept. Looking forward to ordering another one soon!

My emails were returned within hours and he did everything in his power to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Customer service like this simply doesn't exist anywhere else. Also, the kilim I bought was beautiful and arrived exactly as advertised.
