Rug didn't work but good quality/nice people Rug didn't work in the room but the return process was seamless and civil. Seems like a small family-run business, with personal attention. Also the rug was very nice quality--sad it didn't work with my crazy wallpaper!

beautiful overdyed rugs So many beautiful overdyed rug options to choose from! I ordered 2 so I could decide on my favorite in my house. Both rugs I received were gorgeous, but one was an obvious winner in my space. Kilim’s customer service was wonderful about returning the other. I smile every time I walk past the fuschia rug I kept. Looking forward to ordering another one soon!

The vintage Kilim is beyond beautiful The vintage Kilim is beyond beautiful ! The colors are exactly as depicted, the condition of the carpet is fabulous, the size same as described. It was ordered on July 4 and arrived/delivered July 8th ! I was shocked how quickly it arrived. I LOVE this carpet. Zero negative anything it exceeded my expections 110%. I highly recommend this company. I am already planning my next purchase !

My emails were returned within hours and he did everything in his power to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Customer service like this simply doesn't exist anywhere else.
