At first, I had only received half, but the rest arrived the next day. The Stone Garden Pagoda was carefully packed, and just as lovely as shown in the photo. The price was very reasonable for the quality too!

GBOrdering was easy Ordering was easy. Choices for ceramic house numbers are few but very nice. The hamsa with white lotus flower end pieces are gorgeous. The option to have the pieces put together for you is IMO expensive and it is easily done by purchaser with emailed directions. Overall I absolutely love my purchase and have a few friends looking to purchase these.

GBproduct was like it showed product was like it showed, but quality was sub-standard. little pressure placed on it caused it to snapped the product in half,( while putting the n,s,w,and e together, the w and e snapped in half). But it was fixable which my husband managed to do by screwing it into place on the pipe provided and since he was placing the whole unit upon his flag pole top, no one can see the screws inserted into the product from the front. maybe product can be designed to take more pressure so this will not happen to others. outside the whole thing looks great sitting upon his flag pole instead of the traditional gold or silver ball or eagle. GBOak Park dealt very well with a difficult vendor. I wanted a set of very specific near-replacement flush ceiling lights for my semi-Craftsman kitchen, The long-established vendor is having problems with long wait times for delivery and possibly with quality control. One fixture might be returned to fix a small flaw that shouldn't have passed inspection (no one is going to spot it). Oak Park fully warned me of the long wait times and suggested an alternative vendor (which I would have used had their offering not been fully enclosed--bad for LED light bulbs). In any case, the revision of kitchen lighting is a success. Funny how a classic simple fixture with subtly opalescent white glass can be worth the price for something custom assembled in the US.
