I had some questions about the suitability of a couple of different style lights that could each work in my setting, and Joseph helped me sort through the options and pros/cons of each. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn't be happier with my choice, and the quality of the lights is excellent - the "craftsman" part of their name is completely appropriate. They are both elegant and classic; they have just the right look and feel. A wonderful addition to our home.

GBOak Park Went Above and Beyond Oak Park has exceptional products and customer service. I had an issue with a light that I ordered from Arroyo Craftsmen (not Oak Park's fault), and Oak Park's customer service team did everything possible to make it right. They were lightning-fast with responses, and worked to find a solution that I was happy with. The other four items I ordered had no problems, shipped quickly, and was easy to track the whole shipping lifecycle via Shopify. I will be an Oak Park customer for a long time!

GBBeautiful key rack, but missing needed hardware and information Beautiful key rack! It's worth noting that the wood frame has movable braces for the tile, so it's possible to swap tiles with the seasons. Motawi has many 4"x8" tiles for sale. Hanging the rack stably is a mystery, however. It has two keyhole frame hangers, which makes hanging it a precise effort. Also, the tile is "deeper" than the wooden frame, so getting the mounting nail to the keyhole hanger requires some adjustments. For the price, I'd expect the rack to include hardware and instructions on how to hang it.
