GBproduct was like it showed product was like it showed, but quality was sub-standard. little pressure placed on it caused it to snapped the product in half,( while putting the n,s,w,and e together, the w and e snapped in half). But it was fixable which my husband managed to do by screwing it into place on the pipe provided and since he was placing the whole unit upon his flag pole top, no one can see the screws inserted into the product from the front. maybe product can be designed to take more pressure so this will not happen to others. outside the whole thing looks great sitting upon his flag pole instead of the traditional gold or silver ball or eagle. GBHappy Repeat Customer I am a repeat customer. Back in 2015, I purchased some Arroyo outdoor lighting, which I unfortunately lost in a house fire last year. When I went to try to purchase the same fixtures this year, I found the original paperwork with the product and contact information. With so many businesses folding during the pandemic, I was thrilled to get a reply from Joseph as I remember how knowledgeable and helpful he was in informing me about the options and choosing glass combinations. This time, in addition to replacing the previous fixtures, I also ordered an interior one. Again, Joseph was extremely helpful. He responded quickly to the series of emails I sent, and when Arroyo filled an order incorrectly, he was right on top of rectifying the situation. He also gave me a discount for being a return customer. I definitely plan to do business with Oak Park in the future, should the occasion arise.

GBGreat quality The numbers are beautifully designed and made, however I was very surprised at the color. I ordered the bronze and what arrived basically looks black; none of the coppery features of the bronze shown in the photo. I did understand that metal finishes vary, but was expecting something different based on photos.
