I highly recommend these mats! The mats were delivered promptly, and packaged in sturdy boxes. They are good quality, feel soft and comfortable under my feet, and have no odor. Still waiting for the mat, I'm sure it's a fine product. I'm not sure yet, have not yet received the mat. Hopefully it's better than your customer service. Early last week I sent a question in about a charge and there has been no response. In fact, I am still getting a request to complete my order. I was going to get one mat, but decided to get a different mat instead. I guess I did not fully cancel the original order. Meantime a charge has cleared my bank, and my preferred mat is on the way. A response to my request would have been nice. Looking forward to using your fine product when it gets here on the 12th. I am probably being unfair to the mat in judging it by your customer service, which is lacking, at best.
