Great product Delivered way before the estimated day, although packaging could of been better the product itself is of great quality and looks like it will last sometime. The chair mat itself doesnt bend and protects my carpet very well. Overall exceptional.

I love my 60 x 118" chair mat so much I love my 60 x 118" chair mat so much! It's big enough to extend from all the way under our home office's executive desk across the front of the computer credenza desk (L-shaped desk configuration) to under the right front leg of the lateral file. This means we can wheel our office chair anywhere we need to work, including pulling files or shredding paper, without slipping off the mat and having to shimmy back on AND without any mat movement or repositioning! My life, made easier. Living the dream!

Found one! For a sheet of plastic.. Carpet protectors are a minefield online. Amazon etc offered nothing but rolled up cheap rubbish. This website appeared and sorted a decently priced and solid mat. No messing. 55 pound, done. Nice.

Still waiting for the mat, I'm sure it's a fine product. I'm not sure yet, have not yet received the mat. Hopefully it's better than your customer service. Early last week I sent a question in about a charge and there has been no response. In fact, I am still getting a request to complete my order. I was going to get one mat, but decided to get a different mat instead. I guess I did not fully cancel the original order. Meantime a charge has cleared my bank, and my preferred mat is on the way. A response to my request would have been nice. Looking forward to using your fine product when it gets here on the 12th. I am probably being unfair to the mat in judging it by your customer service, which is lacking, at best.
