Well packaged and timely delivery Well packaged and timely delivery. Careful when unwrapping the plastic mats, they unroll explosively! They include a warning but I hadn't read that before diving in and cutting the cords - my own fault and good of them to include a warning at all.

Found one! For a sheet of plastic.. Carpet protectors are a minefield online. Amazon etc offered nothing but rolled up cheap rubbish. This website appeared and sorted a decently priced and solid mat. No messing. 55 pound, done. Nice.

I expected the rigid mat to be flat packed, so extra care was needed to unroll the mat as there is a LOT of tension. Lays and stays flat once on the carpet. Overall very pleased and would use Matstores again. I bought directly and not from Amazon.

The cleartex chair mat for deep pile carpets is super sturdy and has protected the carpet! It holds its place and fits perfectly under the desk.
