Good bed frame Good bed frame. Only complaint is the return process. We had to pay for return shipping which ended up being $150. Its understandable, but competitors offer free return shipping. I'd recommended going with one of them just in case you want to return it.

The hall tree is absolutely beautiful The hall tree is absolutely beautiful. You shipped it fast, but FedEx delayed shipment for 5 days. By the time I received it, the box was in really bad shape but it was packaged well and survived shipping. The directions were good and even extra parts included. My package has been 12 days late My package has been 12 days late. I had to follow up with FedEx and the shipper. It was hard to reach them over the phone as the automated answering kept saying due to high volume of calls no one is available to answer. After one week calling and emailing I finally got the answer that my package was lost. It hasn’t bern an easy process to solve issues with this company so I won’t buy from them again! They weren’t willing to gaurantee the shipping time and they weren’t even eager to do it! No flexibility.
