But customer service responded to my email so quickly and handled everything well. The desk itself is absolutely beautiful and exactly as expected. Sturdy, strong, and seems reliable! It is extremely heavy though despite it coming in two packages, so have a friend help you.

Furniture Buyer's Dream There wasn't a moment that wasn't excellent from a buyers standpoint. Purchase was easy, shipping was quick and earlier than promised, and the TV stand was exactly as advertised. Took about 2 hours to assemble and everything was there and drilled correctly. Excellent Customer Service via Telephone We purchased an outdoor patio heater. During shipping one of the wheels incurred damage. We love the heater but due to the damage we couldn't move it around on our patio. We had difficulty receiving service from Belleze through their website support or through email; totally unresponsive. However, once we contacted them via telephone we were quickly satisfied with the service. Cassandra Garcia quickly took the details of our issue and informed us a new wheel would be shipped within 24-48 hours at no charge to us. We greatly appreciated the excellent service she provided.
