Purchase was easy, shipping was quick and earlier than promised, and the TV stand was exactly as advertised. Took about 2 hours to assemble and everything was there and drilled correctly. Excellent Customer Service via Telephone We purchased an outdoor patio heater. During shipping one of the wheels incurred damage. We love the heater but due to the damage we couldn't move it around on our patio. We had difficulty receiving service from Belleze through their website support or through email; totally unresponsive. However, once we contacted them via telephone we were quickly satisfied with the service. Other than the damage and the color being slightly off from what we expected, we love the TV stand. We bought the gray wash and it was more of a taupe.
