Purchase was easy, shipping was quick and earlier than promised, and the TV stand was exactly as advertised. Took about 2 hours to assemble and everything was there and drilled correctly. I would 100% recommend buying from them. I know I will again.

GBNice Kitchen cabinet on wheels. I purchased a Kitchen cabinet on wheels from walmart.com that can hold a microwave on the top. The cabinet arrived and was well packed. All the parts were there and 1 extra for each little screw and parts that are required to assemble it. It was easy to assemble. We had a small glitch with the handle on one side being loose, so I called their customer service number. Brianna from the customer service handled my issue to my satisfaction. The assembled cabinet makes a nice addition to our kitchen and frees needed counterspace.

GBMy package has been 12 days late My package has been 12 days late. I had to follow up with FedEx and the shipper. It was hard to reach them over the phone as the automated answering kept saying due to high volume of calls no one is available to answer. After one week calling and emailing I finally got the answer that my package was lost. It hasn’t bern an easy process to solve issues with this company so I won’t buy from them again! They weren’t willing to gaurantee the shipping time and they weren’t even eager to do it! No flexibility.

GBGood bed frame Good bed frame. Only complaint is the return process. We had to pay for return shipping which ended up being $150. Its understandable, but competitors offer free return shipping. I'd recommended going with one of them just in case you want to return it.

GBCustomer service was great Customer service was great! We received the TV stand with damage from shipping and customer service promptly resolved the situation to our satisfaction. Other than the damage and the color being slightly off from what we expected, we love the TV stand. We bought the gray wash and it was more of a taupe.
