GBMy package has been 12 days late My package has been 12 days late. I had to follow up with FedEx and the shipper. It was hard to reach them over the phone as the automated answering kept saying due to high volume of calls no one is available to answer. After one week calling and emailing I finally got the answer that my package was lost. It hasn’t bern an easy process to solve issues with this company so I won’t buy from them again! They weren’t willing to gaurantee the shipping time and they weren’t even eager to do it! No flexibility.

GBI ordered a fireplace tv stand I ordered a fireplace tv stand, and a piece came broken I called BellezeFurniture because I was getting no where with Walmart. Working with Glorisel was great she stayed in touch with me she made sure I understand everything if not she would go over with me again until I got it. Great customer service.
