GBMy package has been 12 days late My package has been 12 days late. I had to follow up with FedEx and the shipper. It was hard to reach them over the phone as the automated answering kept saying due to high volume of calls no one is available to answer. After one week calling and emailing I finally got the answer that my package was lost. It hasn’t bern an easy process to solve issues with this company so I won’t buy from them again! They weren’t willing to gaurantee the shipping time and they weren’t even eager to do it! No flexibility.

GBCustomer service was great Customer service was great! We received the TV stand with damage from shipping and customer service promptly resolved the situation to our satisfaction. Other than the damage and the color being slightly off from what we expected, we love the TV stand. We bought the gray wash and it was more of a taupe.

GBI ordered a fireplace tv stand I ordered a fireplace tv stand, and a piece came broken I called BellezeFurniture because I was getting no where with Walmart. Working with Glorisel was great she stayed in touch with me she made sure I understand everything if not she would go over with me again until I got it. Great customer service.

The sofa don't connect in the back also sofa looks for small plp and the material hard. I being having headaches with the refund with walmart and belleze so Nicholas from belleze help me also said to do this survey then I will get my refund since is my first time buying from this company.
