GBFantastic support staff! I had a credit card authorization problem with my first order. I sent an email last night at ~12am Eastern time (I'm on the west coast) and had a response this morning when I woke up. My email was handled by Vikas Goyal and I want to thank Vikas personally for responding so quickly, politely and thoroughly. I was waiting for a specific rug to come back in stock and I was worried about it selling out while I waited to figure out what was going on with the credit card auth, but because of the quick support response I was able to put in a new order successfully and get the rug I've been waiting for!!! Thank you! Justin
