Very dissapointed with the experience 3/29/24UPDATE: After submitting this review, Rugs USA waived the return shipping fee which I appreciate. -------------------- Very dissapointed with the experience. HORRIBLE return policy. Not worth the risk to order from Rugs USA. Purchased a rug for over $900. Did not like it once it arrived. Rugs USA wants nearly $200 to return the rug. After submitting numerous requests, they lowered the return cost to $110. Why would I use Rugs USA again?

Great response to question Had a question about promo code and got very fast response. Was able to process my order easily after getting my question answered. Also love the room photo feature to see how rugs look in actual home space.
