GBFantastic support staff! I had a credit card authorization problem with my first order. I sent an email last night at ~12am Eastern time (I'm on the west coast) and had a response this morning when I woke up. My email was handled by Vikas Goyal and I want to thank Vikas personally for responding so quickly, politely and thoroughly.
