HORRIBLE return policy. Not worth the risk to order from Rugs USA. Purchased a rug for over $900. Did not like it once it arrived. Rugs USA wants nearly $200 to return the rug. After submitting numerous requests, they lowered the return cost to $110. Why would I use Rugs USA again?
