Very dissapointed with the experience 3/29/24UPDATE: After submitting this review, Rugs USA waived the return shipping fee which I appreciate. -------------------- Very dissapointed with the experience. HORRIBLE return policy. Not worth the risk to order from Rugs USA. Purchased a rug for over $900. Did not like it once it arrived. Rugs USA wants nearly $200 to return the rug. After submitting numerous requests, they lowered the return cost to $110. Why would I use Rugs USA again?

Fantastic support staff! I had a credit card authorization problem with my first order. I sent an email last night at ~12am Eastern time (I'm on the west coast) and had a response this morning when I woke up. My email was handled by Vikas Goyal and I want to thank Vikas personally for responding so quickly, politely and thoroughly. I was waiting for a specific rug to come back in stock and I was worried about it selling out while I waited to figure out what was going on with the credit card auth, but because of the quick support response I was able to put in a new order successfully and get the rug I've been waiting for!!! Thank you! Justin

Test feature is great! Being able to see it in your room and have it automatically populate for each rug you view is an amazing feature that made the process of finding a rug so easy.
