Great experience at every level The design team was quick, knowledgeable and professional. After a final as built measurement of the closet, minor adjustments were needed to the dimensions. Those were completed in hours. All materials arrived as promised and everything was perfect. Packaging was sufficient in all aspects to ensure there was no damage. Assembly was quick and straight forward. During assembly we damaged a component which arrived the very next day after a brief phone call. Really can’t say enough about the excellent experience we had with Modular Closets. Great job all and thanks. Steve

Quality & fairly priced Design tool online was fairly easy to use, seemed like there were ample configuration options, and the pricing was very competitive. Our finished product was about half the cost California Closets. Solid materials arrived on time, in good condition, with clear assembly instructions. Drawers function very well and design of the matte black pulls match the finishes in the rest of our house. Hired a contractor to install - had to modify slightly as I had measured incorrectly…no fault of the product or design tool, just good old fashioned human error, lol.

Quality and instructions get an A+ Products arrived timely and undamaged. Everything exactly as expected if not better! Much easier assembly than I anticipated and boxes/parts were clearly labeled.

They were very helpful through the order process, delivery and with questions I had during the installation. Once we finished the installation, we've been extremely happy with the outcome and the choice we made buying from Modular Closets. Quality product / excellent service Working with designer remotely for CAD design was a pleasure. Did not have an aggressive sales experience. Installing product was simple but does take a little time. Quality and finish is perfect.
