The whole experience was wonderful The whole experience was wonderful. From the designer, who helped build my dream closet, and never complained no matter how many times we changed the design. To the packaging and quality of the closets Again packaging is huge, they shipped from NJ I believe, all the way to idaho, and not a single item was damaged. Delivered very quickly as well. I think only 2 weeks wait time . The closets are 3/4 inch thick .very durable, especially compared to other companies that are only 1/2 or 1/4 inch thick. Super easy to put together as well. I could not be happier. I would recommend modular Closets to anyone and everyone.

The product is robustly-built The product is robustly-built. I would have preferred a french cleat system (like IKEA's) where you hang the cleat level, then attach the cabinet. That makes hanging easier and would allow you to hit multiple studs more easily. I was lacking some screws in the packages. There was also one wrong instruction: You need the supplied "Euro screws" to attach the sliders into the cabinet, not the pictured countersink screws. Overall, I am happy.

Quality product / excellent service Working with designer remotely for CAD design was a pleasure. Did not have an aggressive sales experience. Installing product was simple but does take a little time. Quality and finish is perfect.

Easy and quick to get a 3D design and… Easy and quick to get a 3D design and order. Initially overwhelming with the codes and number of boxes but we ordered 3 closets at the same time. Once we got into it the directions, assembly and install were very simple.
