Great experience at every level The design team was quick, knowledgeable and professional. After a final as built measurement of the closet, minor adjustments were needed to the dimensions. Those were completed in hours. All materials arrived as promised and everything was perfect. Packaging was sufficient in all aspects to ensure there was no damage. Assembly was quick and straight forward. During assembly we damaged a component which arrived the very next day after a brief phone call. Really can’t say enough about the excellent experience we had with Modular Closets. Great job all and thanks. Steve

The whole experience was wonderful The whole experience was wonderful. From the designer, who helped build my dream closet, and never complained no matter how many times we changed the design. To the packaging and quality of the closets Again packaging is huge, they shipped from NJ I believe, all the way to idaho, and not a single item was damaged. Delivered very quickly as well. I think only 2 weeks wait time . The closets are 3/4 inch thick .very durable, especially compared to other companies that are only 1/2 or 1/4 inch thick. Super easy to put together as well. I could not be happier. I would recommend modular Closets to anyone and everyone.

I would have given a five star review if the product was delivered in a timely basis and not damaged by them.I have never dealt with a delivery company that was so incompetent.

overall we LOVE the system overall we LOVE the system . the main issue we had was with the missing install directions for adding the feet to the wall system - you cannot properly add the kick plates once hung on the wall & no where in any of the mounting / install directions does it say that . so ours are not connected properly - they are just sitting on the floor & it defeats the purpose really

The product is robustly-built The product is robustly-built. I would have preferred a french cleat system (like IKEA's) where you hang the cleat level, then attach the cabinet. That makes hanging easier and would allow you to hit multiple studs more easily. I was lacking some screws in the packages. There was also one wrong instruction: You need the supplied "Euro screws" to attach the sliders into the cabinet, not the pictured countersink screws. Overall, I am happy.
