Quality & fairly priced Design tool online was fairly easy to use, seemed like there were ample configuration options, and the pricing was very competitive. Our finished product was about half the cost California Closets. Solid materials arrived on time, in good condition, with clear assembly instructions. Drawers function very well and design of the matte black pulls match the finishes in the rest of our house. Hired a contractor to install - had to modify slightly as I had measured incorrectly…no fault of the product or design tool, just good old fashioned human error, lol.

Most of all the quality of their product is second to none, VERY impressed. Did have a small issue with a part that we had to illicit customer support and the support unit was as flawless as the product and delivery . We Love Our New Closets! Design process was very simple with live photos being sent to my cellphone! Delivery was timely and everything arrived undamaged. All pieces for both closet designs fit exactly as designed! Price was great, saving us thousands of dollars doing it ourselves. Would recommend to anyone willing to complete a DIY project.
