Smooth order-for-pickup experience This order process was extremely smooth. I was ordering a second mattress--same as a model previously purchased. Searching by SKU worked instantly and I was able to select pickup at checkout.

I couldn't get my credit card to load… I couldn't get my credit card to load into new card. Customer service was not open to deal with matter. I love homemakers but I wanted to buy something and couldn't, had to use my NFM card which I didn't really want to do.
