I couldn't get my credit card to load… I couldn't get my credit card to load into new card. Customer service was not open to deal with matter. I love homemakers but I wanted to buy something and couldn't, had to use my NFM card which I didn't really want to do.

Website issues It wouldn't recognize my password so I reset it. Then it wouldn't recognize my new password so I gave up and checked out as "guest." Then I tried to use PayPal and it told me my address through PayPayl was invalid. It's not. I use PayPal almost daily and have had the same address since I opened the account. So I used a credit card. Then it corrected the address I put in because I spelled out Street instead of abbreviating. And even when you click the X to close the box at the bottom of the screen for the "Consent tracking," it comes back on EVERY SINGLE SCREEN! What a pain.

Shop at a store that cares about its customers! The prices and information on the website are wonderful. All the information about the company is so appealing: it is refreshing to be able to buy from a company owned by actual people who stay in a town and support it. When I needed a question answered, I got a prompt response from an actual human. Again, it was really different from most other dealings with bigger companies. When I need other furniture, I will start at Homemakers.

This is the third purchase I've made… This is the third purchase I've made and the items have been good quality so far. I love that they have so much different items. Unlike other stores that have limited items.
