GBWebsite issues It wouldn't recognize my password so I reset it. Then it wouldn't recognize my new password so I gave up and checked out as "guest." Then I tried to use PayPal and it told me my address through PayPayl was invalid. It's not. I use PayPal almost daily and have had the same address since I opened the account. So I used a credit card. Then it corrected the address I put in because I spelled out Street instead of abbreviating. And even when you click the X to close the box at the bottom of the screen for the "Consent tracking," it comes back on EVERY SINGLE SCREEN! What a pain.

GBCheckout was difficult Checkout was difficult. Tried to purchase in-store and had to provide so much information just to place order that I left without the furniture despite having cash in hand. I just wanted to buy something not sell you my data to sell to third parties. Let people buy furniture without providing a blood sample, work history, and family tree. Thanks.
