GBI couldn't get my credit card to load… I couldn't get my credit card to load into new card. Customer service was not open to deal with matter. I love homemakers but I wanted to buy something and couldn't, had to use my NFM card which I didn't really want to do.

GBIn Store and Online Experience We stopped in the store on Douglas in Des Moines and a sales person understood what we wanted and took us right to the item. He gave all the informatoin we needed to decide if it worked in our room. We came home and evaluated and it worked so I created an account online in a few minutes, found the item by SKU # thanks to the sales person's suggestion we take a photo to make identification easy. I place the order and was done in minutes and received free delivery as well.

GBCheckout was difficult Checkout was difficult. Tried to purchase in-store and had to provide so much information just to place order that I left without the furniture despite having cash in hand. I just wanted to buy something not sell you my data to sell to third parties. Let people buy furniture without providing a blood sample, work history, and family tree. Thanks.
