Handled with Care The care with which the plants were packed was especially thorough (and not the norm from other places). Plants arrived in healthy and perfect condition. I will be purchasing more plants.

Arrived well packaged/protected. Arrived well packaged/protected. I expected the shrub to be much fuller and rounded. For this price, I could have done much better at local nurseries. Disappointing

The quality of the tree and service was outstanding The tree I ordered was very healthy when it arrived in mail. The tree was packed securely but it was easy to remove because of how they package it on their end. This makes the job so much easier for the customer. This was well thought out. I purchased a dwarf birch a beautiful tree. I would highly recommend them, and purchase from them based on this experience.

The pieris plants sent were very… The pieris plants sent were very undersized for the cost and the mugo pine must not have been watered for a very long time. The dirt fell out from the wrap around roots severely browned and strangled. They ask for photos. Well, to save this plant will be a challenge. I put it in the ground immediately and don't plan to lift it to take a photo. It will definitely kill it. 10 days later the candles remain severely wilted. Not much hope. This is the second time I have lost a plant because the person selecting it was not careful choosing it. I don't like making a negative review but after two problems, I'm finished.
