I am a first time purchaser that… I am a first time purchaser that decided to purchase 2 trees from your company. I bought the OCT only because none were available at the nursery near where I lived. The OCT looks practically dead after being in the Ground for 2 weeks. I purchased garden soil and bought the Espoma Bio-Tone Starter Plus for the tree and am very disappointed at how it looks. You all should not send out sick trees to customers. I’m very disappointed.

Very satisfied So I am a review person because they help me in making decisions about product/company. This being stated, I also do not appreciate reviews that are premature, e.g. the folks write that they have to come back and "follow up". What I can write at this time is that delivery was prompt, the plants (young bushes) arrived it tact, and they are flourishing. If the need arises, I will purchase again from this company.

I purchased 4 Petite Emerald… I purchased 4 Petite Emerald arborvitae. My first mail order purchase so I was little apprehensive. They arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. Healthy, uniform size and large size. I liked them so well, I ordered 2 more. I also ordered 3 Yellow Knock out rose bushes.

Greatest plants ever ordered online!!! Great quality plants that were packed well to arrive without damage. In all my years of ordering from on-line plant sources, the plants I ordered from you were by far the best I’ve ever received. Wish I had found you years ago.
