I am a first time purchaser that… I am a first time purchaser that decided to purchase 2 trees from your company. I bought the OCT only because none were available at the nursery near where I lived. The OCT looks practically dead after being in the Ground for 2 weeks. I purchased garden soil and bought the Espoma Bio-Tone Starter Plus for the tree and am very disappointed at how it looks. You all should not send out sick trees to customers. I’m very disappointed.

The tree was packed securely but it was easy to remove because of how they package it on their end. This makes the job so much easier for the customer. This was well thought out.
