GBI had a problem and you fixed it I had a problem and you fixed it. I have a fan that died im going to be calling soon. I dont know why the fans stop moving left and right. Also the thermomiter probes die as well.

GBGreat customer service In terms of getting my packages in a timely manner, it was not the best, however, when I emailed and asked what was going on, they very quickly replied within the next business day (sometimes even a few hours later) and told me they were investigating.Initially they explained they were switching warehouses and it may take longer to arrive and gave me a coupon for their website. Unfortunately, i waited around 2-4 weeks and still didn’t see it. When I emailed again, they couldn’t locate where my stuff was they sent me a new one at no cost and gave me a free tshirt for my troubles.

GBI love the 2-4pack of the aerolights,i… I love the 2-4pack of the aerolights,i love the fans are built right in. I also purchased the he 9L humidifier and it works great. Definitely recommend to everyone i know that is looking to grow and i have gotten at least one person has purchased sone if your products because of my recommendation

GBAt 1st everything was amazing At 1st everything was amazing. Product worked great, and a couple weeks into grow the zipper broke. They tried to remedy it with $20........ mmmmm no that isn't going to work. Then they sent a new tent. Prefect....customer service took care of me. Now 8 weeks into flower and the grow hub kept dropping wifi. So lights, fans, and exhaust were not working properly. Woke up twice and lights were on. Came home from work and they were off. I reached out to them again and no response this time. It's too bad to. They have the ideas, but the final is lack luster at best. I feel like a whole new smart grow tent kit is in order.
