I ordered the portable greenhouse… I ordered the portable greenhouse heater..a little disappointed does not get hot enough ..the picture of it with a red hot heating element is not correct or mine is broken..product is well made and gets the job done unless it gets really cold..I emailed customer service and they got back to me but I never followed up ..overall I would give my unit a b- rating

At 1st everything was amazing At 1st everything was amazing. Product worked great, and a couple weeks into grow the zipper broke. They tried to remedy it with $20........ mmmmm no that isn't going to work. Then they sent a new tent. Prefect....customer service took care of me. Now 8 weeks into flower and the grow hub kept dropping wifi. So lights, fans, and exhaust were not working properly. Woke up twice and lights were on. Came home from work and they were off. I reached out to them again and no response this time. It's too bad to. They have the ideas, but the final is lack luster at best. I feel like a whole new smart grow tent kit is in order.

Shipping you guys are lacking on the… Shipping you guys are lacking on the shipping I ordered something from Mars hydro. I get it in 5 days. I ordered my beans from The Bean shops I get them in like 4 or 5 days. It's the third thing I've ordered off of you guys and I'm waiting weeks. So disappointed. I'm waiting on a microscope to look at my trichomes and by time I get it. I'm just going to be chopping the plant down and guessing anyways. Still hasn't even showed that it's shipping been 15 days

Great Stuff A few specifications missing from product descriptions, such as size and amount of vent/cord holes in tents. Excellent quality products. The stray thread here and there but they always lead to a knot. Can't wait to start a career with your equipment. 👍🏼

My Favorite item is the grow hub as it allows excellent control over your tents connected devices and piece of mind while away from home. Being able to check your tents enviroment and make changes on the fly remotely is a blessing.
