I ordered the portable greenhouse… I ordered the portable greenhouse heater..a little disappointed does not get hot enough ..the picture of it with a red hot heating element is not correct or mine is broken..product is well made and gets the job done unless it gets really cold..I emailed customer service and they got back to me but I never followed up ..overall I would give my unit a b- rating

Great Stuff A few specifications missing from product descriptions, such as size and amount of vent/cord holes in tents. Excellent quality products. The stray thread here and there but they always lead to a knot. Can't wait to start a career with your equipment. 👍🏼

I ordered a 4 x 4 VIVOSUN tent kit I ordered a 4 x 4 VIVOSUN tent kit. it was easy to order, was delivered within a few days, and was easy to assemble. i’m not gonna lie I upgraded the grow light it came with to 4 x 4 vivosun grow light. That has been suitable to my needs so far, and everything that the kit came with performs as promised; sturdy tent with sturdy zippers, plenty of openings for cord set ups and ventilation, and blackout capability for flowering schedules. The digital timer for your light/s and the digital temperature and humidity guage work great. For the price, this is a great product. Keep in mind, humidifiers, fans, heaters, and or air conditioners are separate. Consider it all an investment because it will all pay for itself pretty quickly

Great customer service In terms of getting my packages in a timely manner, it was not the best, however, when I emailed and asked what was going on, they very quickly replied within the next business day (sometimes even a few hours later) and told me they were investigating.Initially they explained they were switching warehouses and it may take longer to arrive and gave me a coupon for their website. Unfortunately, i waited around 2-4 weeks and still didn’t see it. When I emailed again, they couldn’t locate where my stuff was they sent me a new one at no cost and gave me a free tshirt for my troubles.

Products are always great Products are always great. The price seems fair for the quality of merchandise shipping is generally 10 days. That’s kind of slow and could use some improvement. Overall very happy with this company will do business again will suggest to other consumers.
