USBrutal experience Brutal experience. Cancelled my order, gave me about 1 hour to reorder for same day, tried to get help on their site and the customer support person did not understand what I was asking for or how they could help me and by the time they figured it out, the window to order same day had closed. Will not be ordering from again.

USPlaced an order Placed an order. Order was accepted. Order never arrived. Agent said it was cancelled due to fraud and that they don’t have the capability to tell me when it’s cancelled. It’s 2024 get your business together.

USShipping was excessive and I did not… Shipping was excessive and I did not see it until checkout. Over 50% of purchase price. Should be more upfront. Seems to be industry standard unfortunately. In general like bouqs tho.

USAre all vases extra? Wasn't clear if all flowers came with vases or the "signature vase" was an upgrade or not. So I paid extra for the "signature vase" because I didn't see a plain vase option.

USThe flowers are gorgeous! The website is beautiful. The pictures of clear and show many angles. They provide many coupon opportunities. And best of all the flowers are gorgeous and arrive before they have bloomed.
