USHad a bit of trouble placing my inital… Had a bit of trouble placing my inital subscription order- had to use an online chat which did resolve the issue but was a bit annoying. Have not received first order yet so can't comment on the quality yet.

USNeed new bouquet choices for subs Love the subscription plan but after a year and half, the bouquets end up repeating themselves and my recipient, although very appreciative, noticed they are receiving a repeat. Hoping for updated styles or varieties to keep things “fresh” so it’s worth continuing my subscription. flowers are beautiful but got two complaints from different recipients that their Bouqs barely lasted a week. I assume they just got a bad shipment of sorts.

USCheckout Glitch Hi, there was a glitch on the site where I couldn’t proceed to checkout from my cart for over an hour. I tried multiple browsers on 2 computers and my phone. Also, both the white vase and gold vase were sold out in the area of delivery, and the website didn’t inform me until checkout. I didn’t want the plain but expensive mason jar so I just had to send the bouquet without a vase. Otherwise the flowers are beautiful and I’m excited for the gift to arrive. Just took me over an hour to check out!

USOverpriced but pretty I ordered from here after getting what I thought to be a deal through Groupon. The selection I chose was an additional 30$. I didn't like that they had a limited selection to choose from, delivery dates weren't flexible & the vase was sold separately. My Aunt overall loved the flowers although they arrived late for her birthday. If you're a last minute shopper like I am. I wouldn't recommend because they will not arrive on time or if they do have the date selection that you want they charge you additional delivery price.

USEasy and pleasing to the eye Bouqs does not disappoint. The site is easy to navigate and each size option has a photo to support the differences. I have ordered from this site a couple of times and have always been so pleased with the arrangements. Beautiful quality.
