GBShipping was excessive and I did not… Shipping was excessive and I did not see it until checkout. Over 50% of purchase price. Should be more upfront. Seems to be industry standard unfortunately. In general like bouqs tho.

GBNeed new bouquet choices for subs Love the subscription plan but after a year and half, the bouquets end up repeating themselves and my recipient, although very appreciative, noticed they are receiving a repeat. Hoping for updated styles or varieties to keep things “fresh” so it’s worth continuing my subscription. flowers are beautiful but got two complaints from different recipients that their Bouqs barely lasted a week. I assume they just got a bad shipment of sorts.

GBPlaced an order Placed an order. Order was accepted. Order never arrived. Agent said it was cancelled due to fraud and that they don’t have the capability to tell me when it’s cancelled. It’s 2024 get your business together.

GBBrutal experience Brutal experience. Cancelled my order, gave me about 1 hour to reorder for same day, tried to get help on their site and the customer support person did not understand what I was asking for or how they could help me and by the time they figured it out, the window to order same day had closed. Will not be ordering from again.

GBEasy to use site, good promotional deals! Found Bouqs through a partnership discount from TMobile. I had been struggling to come up with a Mother's Day gift idea and this solved my problem! Website was easy and intuitive to use, promo code was easy to apply, and I'm sure my Mom is going to love her beautiful Bouqet!
