Kenneth also offered to increase the size of the basket without additional charge. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Double billed Another big time scam. Ordered flowers for our new granddaughter and 15 minutes after giving them my credit card info, I get an email saying my order has been cancelled and will be fully refunded. I immediately called the bank, and once it is posted, they will dispute the charge and file (another) complaint for fraud. It’s such a scam, but looks legit. DO NOT BE FOOLED ONE DAY LATER…. Another charge from them for the exact amount!!! Both are pending on my credit card. After a call to my bank, they said once it gets posted, they will file a fraud claim against them. 🤞🙏

They don't even deserve a one star They don't even deserve a one star. I ordered flowers, cake pops and strawberries for a birthday. They charged my card $154 immediately and then sent me an email 30 minutes later stating my order could not be processed and I would receive a full refund. That was on March 28th and to this day I still have yet to see the refund and they state there working on it. I'm not an idiot and I know it doesn't take this long to refund a card
