Double billed Another big time scam. Ordered flowers for our new granddaughter and 15 minutes after giving them my credit card info, I get an email saying my order has been cancelled and will be fully refunded. I immediately called the bank, and once it is posted, they will dispute the charge and file (another) complaint for fraud. It’s such a scam, but looks legit. DO NOT BE FOOLED ONE DAY LATER…. Another charge from them for the exact amount!!! Both are pending on my credit card. After a call to my bank, they said once it gets posted, they will file a fraud claim against them. 🤞🙏

I wish I could give 0 stars to this… I wish I could give 0 stars to this business cause I placed an order to be delivered to my sister on her birthday, minutes later they sent me an email stating the order had been canceled and a refund was issued. Days later and I still had not seen a refund. Called them and they said they already issued the refund and had to wait for my bank or credit card to post it. I called my credit card immediately upon reading online that this company was a scam and that many customers had the same issue. They submitted a claims requesting my refund. Buyer be ware. Sarata florist.com are scammers. Do not buy from them.

Great experience Great customer service. They called to notify me that they upgraded my bouquet to make it a bigger bouquet for free which made me very happy. Will definitely recommend this florist

Scammed as well I ordered flowers on 4/3 and unfortunately it was cancelled the same way as everyone else’s was. I emailed on 4/11 regarding a refund and was told they were working on it. I still have not received the refund and it is 4/23 and am no longer getting responses to my emails. I need my money back! The website says 2-5 days and we are approaching a month. I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. Super unhappy with this experience.
