USScammed as well I ordered flowers on 4/3 and unfortunately it was cancelled the same way as everyone else’s was. I emailed on 4/11 regarding a refund and was told they were working on it. I still have not received the refund and it is 4/23 and am no longer getting responses to my emails. I need my money back! The website says 2-5 days and we are approaching a month. I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. Super unhappy with this experience.

Kenneth also offered to increase the size of the basket without additional charge. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. After having spoken to several florists it was an easy decision to place my order with Kennet at SarataFlorist.

USThey stole my money too They stole my money too. I came here to look at the reviews and I was not disappointed. I’ve been emailing them and every time you get the same reply stated that you will be refunded but never do. I’m going to contact my bank to see if they will be able to help because this is so annoying stealing ppl money like that for no reason. Stupid scammers F ya’ll. This is the stupid order number 198915.
