Absolute scam Absolute scam. Our daughter who is away at college used this florist to send flowers to her best friend for her birthday. As soon as she placed the order she received a message saying they canceled the order because it was out of their delivery zone. They claimed to issue her a refund, even sent a false refund receipt, but never refunded her. She is now out over 60$ and it is completely unacceptable. I hope these people find karma real soon. Sarata Florist- there’s still no refund. Hope it feels good taking advantage of college kids. We’re reporting you to our bank so you can’t continue to steal from teenagers or anyone else.

Nothing like the picture So I ordered make a wish the arrangement looked nothing like the picture.will not order again from this company they were ok but not what I expected.

Scammers Scammers, i put in an order for same day delivery to a friend who just lost their mom. Within 10 minutes they said it was cancelled and i got an email saying a refund was processed. I called the company to ask why it was cancelled and they said they didn't service the area... Days later i never got my refund so i contacted my bank and bank said sarata never sent it. i then emailed sarata and got an email back apologizing and saying they will fix but they never did. I start feeling scammed and discover many people have been scammed by this company

I wish I could give 0 stars to this… I wish I could give 0 stars to this business cause I placed an order to be delivered to my sister on her birthday, minutes later they sent me an email stating the order had been canceled and a refund was issued. Days later and I still had not seen a refund. Called them and they said they already issued the refund and had to wait for my bank or credit card to post it. I called my credit card immediately upon reading online that this company was a scam and that many customers had the same issue. They submitted a claims requesting my refund. Buyer be ware. Sarata florist.com are scammers. Do not buy from them.
