I ordered a plant package on 1st March… I ordered a plant package on 1st March to be delivered on 2nd March and I got a email stating my order was canceled and payment was refunded. It has been almost 2 months and I still have not received my payment . Order # 158282.

Order Flowers, chocolate and other things for my sister birthday to be delivered same day. 4 hours later wondering why I didn’t receive any window for delivery time, I called and costumer service informed that they just cancelled my order because they don’t deliver in the area I requested. I am upset because 4 after the order was placed and payed that informed they cancelled…, for a same day delivery. Very unprofessional, what kind of service are they providing. No empathy for costumers. Terrible business model.

Scammers Scammers, i put in an order for same day delivery to a friend who just lost their mom. Within 10 minutes they said it was cancelled and i got an email saying a refund was processed. I called the company to ask why it was cancelled and they said they didn't service the area... Days later i never got my refund so i contacted my bank and bank said sarata never sent it. i then emailed sarata and got an email back apologizing and saying they will fix but they never did. I start feeling scammed and discover many people have been scammed by this company

I’ve been emailing them and every time you get the same reply stated that you will be refunded but never do. I’m going to contact my bank to see if they will be able to help because this is so annoying stealing ppl money like that for no reason. Stupid scammers F ya’ll.
