They don't even deserve a one star They don't even deserve a one star. I ordered flowers, cake pops and strawberries for a birthday. They charged my card $154 immediately and then sent me an email 30 minutes later stating my order could not be processed and I would receive a full refund. That was on March 28th and to this day I still have yet to see the refund and they state there working on it. I'm not an idiot and I know it doesn't take this long to refund a card

I ordered a plant package on 1st March… I ordered a plant package on 1st March to be delivered on 2nd March and I got a email stating my order was canceled and payment was refunded. It has been almost 2 months and I still have not received my payment . Order # 158282.

Refund I placed an order from them on 4/17. The next day I received a message from them that my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund. I sent a message and I not had a response. I will be file complaint with the BBB also.
